"QUICK COOL" is a personal cool misting fan that uses the mechanism of "evaporation" which absorbs surrounding heat as moisture evaporates. The air sent from the fan promotes the evaporation of mist, and makes rapid cooling possible. It cools down to a surface temperature of 5-6. It is also possible to put ice into it from the wide-mouth top to improve the sense of coolness. The fan is made of PVC that is safe and strong. The secret of cooling is the evaporating action of the fan and mist.
The evaporation heat is heat absorbed from surroundings when the liquid evaporates. When the arm is wiped by cotton for administering an injection to contain alcohol, it is felt that it is cold. (Figure above Spraying five times with "QUICK COOL" filled with tap water at about 25°C on cotton cloth, 90cm×60cm, from a position 30cm away, and at an angle of 45°as the fan turns (in a room with 30°C/50% humidity). It keeps turning the fan, the change in temperature of the cotton cloth was measured. And the temperature change was measured by observation after 30 seconds, and a heat image with Sarmobar as-is.
